Warranty policy

WHAT IS COVERED?

ALIVE™ USA warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of our all electrical products.

HOW LONG IS MY WARRANTY?

All ALIVE electrical products are covered by standard two (2) years
One time product replacement warranty.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

Our warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier).

WHAT WE WILL DO?

If during the warranty period the product fails, with a replacement fee, an identical or equivalent replacement item will be shipped to the customer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The maximum liability of ALIVE™ USA under warranty shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALIVE™ USA is not responsible for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory.

OTHER CONDITIONS

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from country to country or state to state.
